Our Story

The Shleesoning started right in my own kitchen a couple of years ago. I’ve always loved cooking, and I found myself reaching for the same homemade blend every time—on just about everything I made. Friends started asking about it, so I bottled some up for them. Before long, I was giving it away as Christmas gifts, and the feedback was always the same: “You need to share this!”

When I added a freeze dryer to my kitchen, the flavors became even more vibrant and fresh, and that’s when I knew it was worth taking the leap. For now, I’m sharing The Shleesoning at local vendor shows to see how it does, but in the future I plan to make online ordering available so anyone can enjoy it.

None of this would be possible without my husband and the neighbors and friends who have supported me every step of the way. From the very beginning, they’ve encouraged me, helped me grow, and continue to stand by me as this journey moves forward. I’m deeply grateful for their support and friendship. I love our little neighborhood!
